How long does the installation take?
It all depends on the home and the equipment we will be working with to provide you with your custom system.
How long will my system last?
The system will last as long as to take care of the equipment. We provide quality products for sale, so the higher quality the product, the longer lifespan it will provide.
Can I really control my system from my phone or tablet?
Yes! You can control your system from your smart phone & tablet. You won’t believe how easy it is!
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments. If paying by check, this could hold up the process because funds are not always available at the time of depositing. It sometimes takes 3-5 business days to clear at your bank.
About how much is a custom system?
Our systems are competitively priced. Each solution will depend on what your needs are, and what quality products you would like to include in your system.
Will the installation interfere with my current home remodel?
No, it should not. We will be more than happy to work with your remodeling team / builder.
Can you wire with existing walls?
In most cases, it all depends on the home and where you would like the wiring. Every solution can vary for each home.
Will someone show me how to work my system?
Absolutely. After the system is in place and tests have been done, we will sit down and show you how your new system works. Should you ever need additional assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the warranty on my system?
All equipment comes with a manufacture warranty, in most cases a standard 1-year manufacture warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty as well.
What if my system stops working?
